Verification of Enrollment

To obtain a VOE for driver’s license/permit, please follow this link to submit a request via Google forms.

All requests must be reviewed by an At-Risk coordinator before approval or denial is given.

There is a minimum 24-hour processing period after the request has been submitted.

Reminder – all students must meet the following criteria:

• The State of Texas attendance law requirements.
• Receive credit for all courses taken in the previous semester.
• Be cleared of all fees or fines.
