SA Times - The Central High School girls golf team finished second at the Andrews Invitational at the Roy Kizer Golf Complex on Saturday. The Lady Cats shot a two-day total 683. Andrews won the tournament with a 645. Monahans was third with a 707. Heather Tarin led the Lady Cats with a 165. Serena Sosa was two strokes behind at 167. Kelcey Wells shot a 173, Baylea Evans a 182 and Breanna Vottero a 196. Wall's Kendra Whittley finished third in the medalist standings with a 154. Frisco Wakeland's Taylor Newlin won with a 151. Also for the Lady Hawks, Kaitlyn Benham shot a 182 and Neely Goree shot a 202.The Lady Hawks did not compete as a team.
