Is designed to focus on parenthood education, including the responsibilities involved in parenting from conception through childbirth and interrelations of parenting behavior towards children from prenatal stage through young adult stages. The emphasis is on solving problems of the family, social parenting needs, and situations such as single parenting , and blended families . Various experiences provide students with the opportunity to evaluate careers in working with children, observing children, and examining their perceptions of what it takes to be a good parent.
