This is a laborotory course designed to provide job-specific
training for entry level employment in a cosmetology career.
Instuction includes sterilization and sanitation processes,
shampooing and rinsing hair, application of scalp and hair
treatments, shaping and thinning hair, hair styling, permanent
waving, hair coloring, manicuring, facial massage. and make
up, this course meets the cosmetology commision requirements.
Entrepreneurship, safety, leadership training, and career
opportunities are also included. Upon completetion of program
students may take the state exam and recieve an official
license.
